Terms of Service

1. Order Confirmation

Once an order is confirmed, an official invoice will be issued. Production will only begin after the deposit or full payment is received.

2. Payment Terms

  • Sample Orders: 100% payment upfront.
  • Bulk Orders: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
  • Payment via T/T, PayPal, or LC (for large B2B contracts).

3. Warranty Policy

  • Aquariums: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Accessories: 6-month warranty for filters, pumps, and LED lights.
  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized installation is not covered.

4. Returns & Replacements

  • For damaged or missing parts, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order ID.
  • We will provide replacement parts or partial refunds, depending on the issue.
  • Due to the custom nature of large tanks, returns are not accepted unless product defects are proven.

5. Intellectual Property

All product designs, descriptions, and media are the property of YEE Aquarium and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, both parties agree to settle through negotiation. If unresolved, arbitration will be conducted in Chongqing, China, under CIETAC rules.
