1. Shipping Scope

We offer international shipping to over 50 countries, including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

2. Delivery Methods

• For Small Orders: Express delivery via DHL, FedEx, or UPS (for parts, accessories, or sample tanks).
• For Bulk Orders: Ocean freight (LCL/FCL), air freight, or door-to-door logistics via freight forwarder.
• Factory Pickup: Available for clients with designated logistics agents in China.

3. Packaging

All aquariums and accessories are:

• Foam-wrapped and wooden-crated for shock protection.
• Water-tested before packing to ensure product integrity.
• Labeled with handling symbols and QR tracking code.

4. Lead Time

• Standard Products: 7–15 working days after payment.
• Custom Orders: 20–35 working days, depending on design and quantity.
• A production schedule will be confirmed with each order.

5. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are covered under commercial cargo insurance, including coverage for breakage, loss, or water leakage during transit.

6. Duties & Taxes

• EXW/FOB: Buyer is responsible for customs clearance and import taxes.
• DDP: Full delivery with customs included is available upon request (for select regions).
