Caudal fin: The caudal fin of the grass – type goldfish can be divided into long – tailed and short – tailed types. The short – tailed ones are generally called grass goldfish, while the long – tailed ones are called long – tailed grass goldfish or swallow – tailed goldfish. The caudal fin of the long – tailed grass goldfish is usually relatively long. Since its caudal fin is very similar to the tail of a swallow, it is also known as the swallow – tailed goldfish.
